A follow up inspection has been conducted for the routine inspection MKIM-C5LRLU and the following observations were made:
- Ice machine has been clean and sanitized.
- Rusted screws inside the ice machine were replaced with stainless steel screws
- Hand washing station faucet is no longer leaking
- All violations have been resolved

NOTE: Ensure to keep ice scoops outside the Ice machine
