Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen, raw, ground beef stored in chest freezer with bags of ready to eat fruit and bread. The raw ground beef is contaminated and should be stored away from ready to eat foods like frozen bread.
Corrective Action(s): Move raw proteins to dedicated freezer. Only have ready to eat foods in the chest freezer.

Premise is sanitary.
No signs of pest at the time of inspection.
Note: watch out for lady bugs attracted to compost or in compost.
Hand washing sinks in use with liquid soap paper, towels and running hot and cold water.
Sanitizer in use in spray bottles at 200 ppm quats.
2 compartment sink in use.
Dishwasher final rinse at 71.5C at the plate and 85C at the manifold.
Dry storage is sanitary.

Temperatures:
- walk-in cooler: 3.2C packaged fruit.
- silver upright freezer: -22C.
- white upright freezer: -18.2C milk and olives.
- chest freezer: -18C
