Follow-up inspection for JPAK-ATAU22 Resolved Violations: 1. droppings in the noted areas (refer to routine inspection report) have been cleaned and no new sign of droppings identified 2. hole in the grease trap has been covered and tightly sealed 3. deep cleaning performed; under cook line and shelves very clean; maintain this status at all times via regular cleaning 4. gaps behind the washroom sink have been covered properly with wooden board to ensure that pests are not entering/harbouring in the area
