Observation: 3 handsinks not fully functional:
1. Front left service area handsink missing cold knob - water turned off
2. Drive thru handsink is out of order - water turned off
3. Back kitchen handsink - lower pipe is leaking water into bucket
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are fully functional - supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel and not leaking. Until handsinks are repaired 2 other handsinks are available for staff to wash hands - acceptable temporary solution. Ensure staff are regularly washing their hands in between tasks and starting work.

3. Left handsink at front service area missing cold-water knob
4. Broken floor tile left of back hand washing sink.
5. Plastic disposable cup used to connect cooper waste pipe from oven to gray pvc waste pipe. Water spillage noted on floor below connection
6. Beverage cooler door by side drive thru window appears to be falling off the top hinge.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment and surfaces are in good working order.

4.All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easy to clean. The broken tile does not meet these standards. Repair/replace the tile. (noted on last routine inspection: July 11, 2017)

5.All equipment must be installed properly and functioning properly during operation. No spilling should occur. A plastic cup is not a permanent solution to a deficient connection between both waste pipes. Properly install a permanent solution to this waste water connection/water spillage issue.
