Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Implements contaminated with food debris while being stored. Wiping cloths are not being properly stored.
Corrective Action(s): All contaminated food contact surfaces are to be cleaned and disinfected after use. Items were washed and disinfected during inspection. Wiping cloths properly stored during inspection. Sanitizer bucket set up.

Observation: Food items/ingredients are not being properly stored. (ie: unprotected) Cooked tapioca pearls were being stored at room temperature for greater than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food/ingredients are being stored in covered food grade containers. Cooked tapioca pearls were discarded. Items are perishable and are not to be stored at room temperature for greater than 2 hour intervals.
