Prep. cooler was between 2.7 to 2.9 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less).
It was mentioned that a technician cleaned the fan and re-serviced the cooler.
100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
