All handsinks are fully equipped. All coolers at 4C or below. Freezer at -13C. No hot holding observed at the time of inspection. Good labelling practice observed with food inserts/containers. QUAT sanitizer measured at 200ppm with test strips. Test strip available at store - ensure to follow manufacturer's instruction for mixing sanitizer concentrate with water. Dough mixer & roller in sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity observed. Overall sanitation is good. *Ensure ventilation hood panels are cleaned. *Ensure to thaw frozen food items by the following methods: placing them in cooler in advance, submerge them under cold water, thaw using microwave. Report reviewed with the manager.
