Good labelling practice observed with food inserts/containers.
QUAT sanitizer measured at 200ppm with test strips. Test strip available at store - ensure to follow manufacturer's instruction for mixing sanitizer concentrate with water.
Dough mixer & roller in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity observed.
Overall sanitation is good.

*Ensure ventilation hood panels are cleaned.
