Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris and build up observed on the bottom shelf of pizza prep table, edge of cooler door, racks in walk-in cooler and under bar area. Small spillage in draft beer cooler. Pizza pans have fallen between pizza oven and wall.
Corrective Action(s): Staffs cleaned noted areas at time of inspection.
