Observation: Upright "True Brand" cooler is not able to consistently maintain <4 deg C and this has been a repeat issue. Temperature reached <4 deg C after cooler door remained closed for approx 10 mins. This cooler is a shallow upright cooler that loses its cold air rapidly once the door is opened.
Corrective Action(s): If upon next inspection this cooler is once again not recording temperatures of <4 deg C (regardless of inspection time), you will be required to remove and replace this cooler.
