Follow-up inspection conducted:
CODE 205 and 308 in compliance. Cooler serviced. Foods in cooler <4'C at this time. Unit had ambient air temperature of 2.4'C at this time.
CODE 305 in compliance. Dispenser repaired. Now dispensing 200ppm QUAT. All buckets had correct concentration of QUAT.

Please monitor cooler temperatures every morning and QUAT concentration on a regular basis using the test strips available on site. Agreed to receive report via mail.
