An outstanding permit fee letter of $150.00 was hand-delivered. Handwashing station was equipped with soap, paper towel and cold/hot running water. QUAT sanitizer was measured at 200ppm. All coolers were measured at 4C or below. Discussed the following: - operator to provide food safety plan on how the garlic spread is kept at room temperature. The spread is stored inside the cooler at 4C or below until proven to be safe by the food safety plan. - please have the operating permit posted in the conspicuous place.
