-Hand washing sink had hot and cold running water, paper towels and liquid soap. -Temperatures: Prep cooler top 4C (tomatoes), bottom 3C (minced ginger) Walk-in cooler chopped peppers 4C Standing cooler 4C -Staff bathroom had hand washing sink with hot and cold water, liquid hand soap and paper towels. -Dry storage area: organized and maintained. -No evidence of pests. *Front area: Lights bulbs and covers were found. Operator indicated that these will be removed once the back lights are replaced.
