Note: Lounge area/banquet hall closed. Kitchen was not in operational at the time of the inspection. The general manager stated that the kitchen is currently used for breakfast/staff meals. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - All handwashing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. Ensure all paper towel dispensers are fully stocked. - Surface sanitizer available in designated red bucket at 200 QUAT sanitizer concentration. - Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. - No signs of pest activity. Temperature control: - All coolers at < or = 4C - All freezers at < or = -18C - Thermometers inside all refrigeration units. - Temperature log maintained and up to date.
