Observation: The 2 sandwich prep cooler unit: the left cover connector is broken and was sealed with a masking tape.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use a masking tape since it is not a cleanable surface. Repair the connector. Given 1 week.

Handsinks fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. The handsink beside the till was still not dispensing hot water immediately. Contact a plumber to adjust the mixing valve.
