Observation: * Some wire shelving in dishwashing area and back counter cooler were deteriorating and finishing starting to come; these require repair/painting; Also, the walk-in cooler door rusted and handle rusting-- door area could possibly be repainted and handle replaced
Corrective Action(s): * Repair/paint all rusting/deteriorating shelving and walk-in cooler door repainted/refinished and handle replaced as these deteriorating too and not in proper working order

* Sanitizer was found to be at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration
* Coolers were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer was -18'C or colder
* Hot-holding units were 60'C/140'F or hotter except that the monitoring records were incorrectly monitored and reflected cold holding temperature and not hot-holding temperature
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Hand washing station had liquid soap and paper towel but paper towels were not in dispenser; staff refilled paper towel dispenser
* Note: some shelving and walk-in cooler door/handle require update/repairs as deteriorated and not in proper working order
