Observation: 1. Ice machine in front area observed with no lid.
2. Repeat: Heavy dust build-up still observed on high ceilings above kitchen/prep area.
3. Repeat: Handle of sugar scoop observed stored directly in the sugar.
Corrective Action(s): 1. To protect ice from cross contamination replace/repair lid on ice machine.
2. Clean and remove dust from the ceilings to prevent cross contamination of food and food contact surfaces below.
3. Ensure the handles of the scoops do not touch food to prevent cross contamination.

Observation: Repeat: Rodent droppings observed against wall behind planks in upstairs storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine or its equivalent and remove droppings wearing a mask and gloves. Contact pest control company and consider increasing the frequency of visits.

Observations During Inspection:
- Pest control report current
- Rodent droppings removed from under shelving
- Sprouts held in ice bath at below 4 C
- Staff daily health checks being recorded
- Grease removed from under cooking equipment and crack in floor by wall repaired
- Pearls now held at 60 C or above
- Rice scoop observed stored in ice water
- Scoops with handles purchased to replace bowl with no handle for dry good bins
- Food observed covered
