Comments

On Follow-Up: Prep cooler temperature was 4 degC. When receiving samosas and rolls from supplier, probe the the foods to ensure they're at or below 4 degC as discussed. Dishwasher rinse temperature was 150 degF at the plate level which is acceptable for a residential dishwasher with a longer sanitizing cycle (meets NSF/ANS 184 standard). Outstanding Items: At least one staff member on shift must be FS level 1 certified. Address this issue by June 30, 2022.
