Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was not on-site at the time of inspection. Staff member on-site did not have FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): In the absence of the operator, at least 1 person on-site must have FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent. This is an on-going deficiency. Operator has been issued violation tickets twice for operating without FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff. Operator arrived at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to March 15, 2018.
-Bleach spray disinfectant was tested at 200ppm and labelled in a spray bottle.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Facility is in process of changing ownership at the end of the month. Sales agreement was shown by the realtor at the time of inspection.
-Prior to an ownership occurring, health approval must be given to operate and health approval must be granted for any renovations.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
