Follow up inspection:
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside the sanitizer pails with wiping cloths.
-Shift Manager stated that they change the sanitizer solution every 1.5 hours.
-Please continue to change the sanitizer solution and wiping cloths to maintain the QUATS sanitizer at 200 ppm.
