* Grassroots disinfectant ( Quats sanitizer) from the dispenser tested at >1000 ppm ( too strong!), which can not be used as a no rinse sanitizer. Adjust the strength to 200-400 ppm quats solution. In the mean time, dispensed products must be mixed with water at 1: 4 ratio before using on food contact surfaces. * Clean floor underneath the shelves in walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler below 4 C. Preparation cooler below 4 C. Upright freezer < -18 C Bar fridge < 4 C Beer cooler< 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse: 50 ppm chlorine.. Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
