Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of coolers in the front and back kitchen recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer below -18C
- Temperature logs were maintained up to date.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food handling and storage practices were satisfactory.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATs solution recorded in sanitizing pail. Manager stated that QUATs sanitizer solution is changed every 4 hours.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 74.9C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- General sanitation of the facility was good.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Manager stated that pest control company conducts routine checks. Reports verified from last month.
- Mechanical traps in place.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sept 25, 2025)
- Permit posted at the front.
