Follow up inspection. Corrections completed. Egg cooler has been repaired. Temperature detected at 1C to 3.2C. Good. Food Permit now on display up front. Decal on order to be updated. Staff are scheduled to be trained in FoodSafe level 1 in the coming months. Supervisor on site is certified at the time of inspection. Orkin pest control service has been requested to address fly issue. Enhanced cleaning in place to reduce and minimize pest activity. Facility now in compliance.
