Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAUV54: Code 308: Dishwasher leaky: operator indicated that he had used silicon to seal the gap in the dishwasher this morning, so it needed more time to dry. Tested and was still leaky. Repair to be completed by April 15, 2019 to prevent further progressive enforcement. Code 315: Thermometer provided for sushi display cooler. Operator indicated that the cooler was serviced as well. Surface temperature of salmon, 2C. Code 501: Pending.
