Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B36QZK. - "Danby" cooler at 4 degrees C or less (ambient). Internal temperature of probed food at 3 degrees C. Thermometer available inside unit. - Ventilation cover near ice machine has been cleaned. - Utensils and equipment, including deli slicer, stored in sanitary condition. Deli slicer is covered when not in use. - Ice cream scoops stored with handles up. Note: Ice cream scoop dipper well was observed to be off at time of inspection. It was stated by bar staff that it had been turned off five minutes ago. Ensure that all staff are aware that dipper well must be running at all times while scoops are stored here. Dipper well turned on during inspection. The following is outstanding: 1. Debris and pooling liquid observed under coolers/shelving in front pizza preparation area. Ensure these areas are properly cleaned by tomorrow (August 8, 2018). Ensure floors under all equipment/shelving is being routinely cleaned to minimize build up of debris. Ensure no equipment or plumbing is leaking as pooling liquid was observed under front prep table. No leaks observed at time of inspection. 2. Ensure prep table cover is in good repair. Refer to previous inspection report dated 2018-07-30 (Rpt # MBEK-B36QZK). Follow up to be conducted on August 14, 2018.
