Resolved violations:
1. All cold potentially hazardous food products in cooler in good working order
2. All single-use bags and cardboard boxes are removed. Linen bags are used to hold products where food products are in food grade zip-lock bags.
3. Organization in the cooler is good; all products are protected with covers/lids
4. Can opener now in sanitary condition

Noted hot potentially hazardous food items (butter chicken and rice) cooling at room temperature; temperature measured ~55- 64 C. Ensure to properly cool food from 60 C to 20 C in 2 hours and 20 C to 4 C in 4 hours.
