Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on March 22, 2024, regarding care and supervision, and policies and procedures.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.

Licensing confirmed that the staff to child ratio is not being maintained according to the Child Care Licensing Regulation Schedule E.

The following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was determined: Section 34 (2) (b), Group sizes and employee to children ratios.

Observation: The staff to child ratios are not being maintained during staff break times.
Corrective action: Please ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending the community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
