Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner. Administrative: -Permit is displayed in a conspicuous location -Operator with FOODSAFE Level 1 is present Storage and Cooling; -All coolers (Walk-in and drink cooler) are at 4C -Trunk freezer is at -18C -Dry storage is clean and maintained Sanitation: -Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water. -Sanitizer bottle is able to achieve 100ppm Chlorine.
