Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were refilled at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in freezer was at -17C.
-Under counter sandwich prep cooler was at 4C.
-Front dairy cooler was at 3C.
-McCafe area cooler was at 4C.
-Milkshake cooler was at 4C
-Soft serve hopper was at 2C.
-Milk dispensers were at 1C/3C.
-French fry and McNugget freezers were at -10C/-15C.
-Hamburger freezer was at -10C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked and discarded as per the food safety plan.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and hot air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until July 8 2025.
