The floor and ceiling have been cleaned. Ensure to clean the remaining areas including underneath the equipment and
the wall above the cook line.
The main preparation cooler has been repaired. Registered 4 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Ensure to continue to record temperature for all coolers.
Cutting board has been cut in two sections to make it easily cleanable.
