Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 05, 2018. -Facility in no longer adding water to the automatic Quats sanitizer dispenser. Solution was tested at 200ppm. -Facility has ordered rubber sink plugs (will arrive next week). In the meantime, facility will use the existing stick sink plugs. Facility will not be using towels to plug the drain. -Vegetable cutters were found to be clean and sanitary. Did not observe any issues with equipment storage at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
