302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation - One sanitizer bottle had lactic acid concentration of too low ( less than 754ppm ) - Sanitizer solution dispenser had lactic acid concentration of too high. ( higher than 1875ppm ) Corrective Action(s): Corrective action - Adjust sanitizer level to 754-1875 ppm Lactic Acid. Call and get dispenser repaired immediately to properly sanitize equipment, Utensils and food contact surfaces. - Staff refilled the sanitizer bottle at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

General : - All handsinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water , liquid soap and paper towels. - High temperature dishwasher final temperature at plate : 76.3c . - freezer : - 11c ( in frozen state ) - stand cooler : 1.5c - cooler #1 : 4c - insert cooler #2 : 3.1c - in use Utensils and blenders are washed and sanitized every 4 hours. - Storage looks sanitary and all items are stored off the floor. - Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent provided - Pest Control Services are provided monthly -> Last reports reviewed ( serviced on July 31/2023 ) -> no signs of pest activity noted. - general sanitation satisfactory - Permit is posted in a conspicuous location. - Outstanding permit fee letter delivered.
