Note:
Al cooler temperature = <4C (pop cooler, 4 door under counter cooler, 3 door under counter cooler, insert coolers).
All freezers temperature = <-18C (front and back chest freezer and 2 door freezer).
Scoop identified in sugar and flour container. Directed to remove.
Take out only service, no dine in at time of inspection.
Hand washing supplied at 3 compartment sink, supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold water and paper towels.
Operator indicated they do not use mechanical dishwasher .
No signs of pest.
