Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor of the back storage/underneath storage units.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and all affected areas sanitized on a daily basis.

Observation: Food debris observed on floors/storage shelves throughout the kitchen. Two holes observed on wall- one by the prep sink and one in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all floors/storage units cleaned and sanitized as agreed at this time. Back storage room requires cleaning. Fill /seal all holes.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Major cleaning is required for the facility. Ceiling fans require cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all floors (i.e. underneath/behind/in between equipment), storage units/shelves cleaned on a DAILY BASIS. This is a repeat violation. Failure to comply in future inspections WILL result in further enforcement actions (i.e. issuance of Orders/Violation Tickets).

Observation: Kitchen hand sink requires a proper seal.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the area resurfaced and edges sealed as discussed at this time. Ensure all storage shelves are coated or covered with smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent and easily cleanable materials.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
NOTE: Cut vegetables stored at ambient temperature for 2 hours only. Ensure to keep small amount only to last <2 hours.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.1'C at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Friday, July 21, 2023.
