Follow up inspection:
-Manager stated that they use chlorine sanitizer for food contact surfaces and food equipment. Manager stated that soiled wiping cloths are placed into separate buckets containing chlorine sanitizer before they are laundered. Clean wiping cloths are then immersed into 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in separate buckets.
-Manager stated that they use 200 ppm QUATS to sanitize dining tables.
-Peroxide multi surface cleaner is used for non-food contact surfaces (walls) only in the kitchen according to the Manager.
-It was reviewed that peroxide multi surface cleaner must not be used as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside the buckets with wiping cloths.
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two spray bottles near the dishwashing area and third compartment sink unit.
