Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CBVULG conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Miso soup in a hot holding unit measured at 71C.
Food contact surfaces are no longer stored near the mop sink.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per a test strip.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Oil soaked cardboard box is removed.
Appropriate scoops available for dry goods.

*Note: Deep fryer is disconnected and no longer in use at the time of visit. The operator is in contact with the Surrey Fire Prevention regarding use of deep fryer. Please contact your district health inspector once you hear back from the Surrey Fire Prevention.
