Reviewed Quats concentrations in spray bottle. Measured around 800 ppm. Ideal range is 200 - 400 ppm. Manual dilution of concentrate. Review with staff the procedures and ratios according to manufacturers directions to obtain proper concentration and adjust. Left high level test strips for operator to use and demo to staff.

Temperature controls (cooling/freezing) all satisfactory at time of inspection. General Sanitation good at time of inspection.
