Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- QUAT sanitizer in buckets and the sink measured at 50ppm. This is too low/weak.
Corrective Action(s):
- Solution was replenished at the time of inspection. Sanitizer from source measured at 200ppm QUAT. Ensure they get replenshed frequently throughout the day.

Observation:
- Leak observed underneath the 1st sink of the 3 compartment sink. This is the main p-trap for the sink unit and the water pooling observed on the grease trap directly below the sink.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to wipe up the pool of water and keep the area dry. Repair the pipe so there is no leak.

Comments

- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper stored in a separate insert. Ensure the plastic film covering the basins are also cleaned during the regular cleaning schedule.
- Monthly pest control by Premiere Pest Control. Recent report suggests no pest activity. No active signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Foodsafe certified staff on site.
- Overall sanitation maintained.
