Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An open tin container with tomato paste is stored in the cooler at the time of inspection.
A metal cup that portion food is stored in the sauce (in the prep.cooler).
Corrective Action(s): Food must be transferred from the opened tin containers in food grade containers with lids.
All items that dispense food must be stored safely (eg., away from the container with food); or use a different type (eg., a ladle).

All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot and cold running water.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
Washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot & cold running water.
Fan hood - satisfactory.
Bleach sanitizer - available and was at 100 ppm,
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine.
