Front pizza hot holding unit at 60 C;
Bleach sanitizer is available.
The surface sanitizer in a white bucket at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Three compartment sink - satisfactory ( drain plugs - available);
Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
