Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available at time of inspection. Operator prepared fresh solution of bleach sanitizer during inspection >100 ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): Mix 1 capful of bleach to 4L bucket of water for proper sanitizing solution. Please ensure bleach solution is always ready-made and available for sanitizing surfaces, and change solution every 2 hours or when visibly dirty. Remeber to soak wiping cloths in bleach solution when not in use.

- Handwashing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- Low-temperature dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine detected on final rinse cycle
- All coolers were measured to be <4C
- Freezer was <-18C
- Good separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods observed in coolers
- Ice machine observed to be clean; scoop stored separately
- Hot soup was cooling at room temperature at time of inspection - please ensure this soup cools from 60C - 20C within 2 hours and from 20C - 4C within 4 hours
- Bean sprouts kept in tub of cold water out at room temperature during lunch rush - ok. *Please ensure bean sprouts are returned to cooler within 2 hours.
- Washrooms maintained in sanitary condition
