Observation: The bottom section of the sliding door cooler registered 7.3 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Some of the perishable food items were relocated to another cooler at 4 C. Do not over stock any cooler and ensure to not store any wide pans or boxes that could block the flow of cold air.
Service or repair the sliding door cooler and small bar cooler in dining area to ensure they are able to maintain foods at 4 C or below at all times. ( Dec. 7, 2018).
