Dishwasher final rinse reached 72 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Walk in cooler is 4 degrees C.
Bar fridge is currently 6 degrees C. Do not any potentially hazardous foods or drinks in this unit until it can maintain them at 4 deg. C.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Door in kitchen has paint peeling off of it. Refinish so that it is smooth and washable.
