Observation: Build-up of mold observed around piping of the fan in the walk in cooler as well as dried on food/dust on walls of walk in cooler. Also observed boxes on the floor under the dry storage shelves with an umbrella, shoes and other items along back wall.
Corrective Action(s): Clean/clear out above noted areas and maintain clear and clean. Staff on site stated that management is aware of walk-in cooler piping needing a clean and a repair/cleaning person is already scheduled for tomorrow.
