Observation: Prep cooler at 11C, probe thermometer
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted temperature at time of inspection. Prep cooler is emptied and and turned off at the end of the night. If this will remain standard practice, food safety plan will need to be up dated to include checking temperture and not adding food until it reaches 4C. For now food was removed from cooler and placed in walk in cooler until temperature reaches 4C. by June 28
