* Noticed tongs used for raw fresh chicken stored in quats sanitizer solution in between uses. There could be a risk of sanitizer getting into food as tongs do not go
through the regular wash-rinse-sanitize-air dry process. Alternative is to keep them in ice-water solution and wash/sanitize through dishwasher every 2 hours.
* Recommended using different color-coded spatula for handling cooked beyond meat and vegan burger patties.

Internal cooking temperature of hamburger patties registered 82 C.
