Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Low temp dishwasher noted at 0 ppm chlorine - Sani jug empty
2. Sanitizer bucket with wiping cloths noted <50 ppm chlorine
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure low temp dishwasher is maintained at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate during the sanitizing step. Replace empty sanitizer jug. Regularly monitor chemical levels to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing processes are followed.
2. Ensure sanitizer buckets are maintained at 100 ppm chlorine at all times. Once under 100 ppm chlorine the solution must be replaced.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure facility is maintained as per approved plans. Any changes must be submitted to Fraser Health to ensure facility is operating safely.
