311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: OUTSTANDING: kitchen storage room (old staff room) hole in the wall has been patched with plastic board. Kitchen light cover has not been replaced. Operator is going to be re-doing walls (removing tiles), and replacing light fixture as well. However until COVID shutdown of electricians has eased, work cannot be completed. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 3

Droppings have been removed and areas have been cleaned - good new caulking provided at handsink in the kitchen - good handsink was accessible and stocked with a container of paper towels - good amendment: bar counter for bottles have been sanded and finished with varnish to stop stains (still slightly rough to touch but has been finished and easy to clean)
