No coded violations were noted during today's inspection; no written response is requested at this time
Please ensure all ECE certificates (new/renewal) have been validated upon receipt
Please ensure all registrations contain Medical Practitioner information, this could include medical clinic or local hospital
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. For this inspection the contents of the Facility Inspection Report and Risk Assessment were discussed and provided to the Licensee and/or Manager while on site.
