Met with owner and he paid the permit fee on line, by visa ( on June 23rd ). Thank you The following items have been corrected: new tiles installed in the bar/storage area ceiling lights are covered Thank you for your attention Still in progress: - back storage area will be organized as soon the refill bottles are removed by the Pepsi co. ( since the refill packaging and dispensing system is changing ) - wooden shelving still need to be painted in the walk in cooler Owner is interested in setting up buffet area- please provide your district inspector with the following: - menu/food safety plan - daily temperature logs for this area - type of equipment - work hours and display time
