-Cleaning under hot chocolate machine cabinet/shelving was completed. Some food debris beginning to accumulate again. This was cleaned at the time of the inspection. -Storage unit was cleaned to remove rat droppings. Continue to keep storage unit organized, door closed and clean up any droppings immediately if noted. *Do not keep cardboard outside storage unit. Immediately dispose in cardboard recycling bin so that harbourage/hiding places are not created for rodents.
